Custom Controls - Why Us

Reliable Time Frames

Our Custom Controls Division delivers its electrical control panels, packaged control rooms, and high-voltage/current equipment on time and on budget... every time.

Typically, proposals are completed in 5 to 10 business days, though they are open to modification at the customer's request.

Normal control room manufacturing schedules average 20 to 26 weeks from receipt of the order. This includes the engineering phase of the process as well as the material procurement and the actual product construction.

Layout drawings are provided to the customer within a 2 to 3 week period, once the order has been received. We then allow an additional 2 weeks for customer evaluation and comments.

On final customer approval, we begin procuring the materials and proceed to construction.

If the customer is supplying any equipment, we ask that it be in our hands 6 weeks before the agreed-upon final ship date.

Of course, we are flexible. The above schedule can be modified as necessary, depending on the size and complexity of the control room and the number of units contracted.

Our customers have come to rely on our scheduling. They know we'll deliver what we say we'll deliver - and when.

If that's the kind of reliability you're looking for, contact Koontz-Wagner.
